SALES ORDER & REDEMPTION
- Sales Order Terms & Conditions
- Each order placed with ANANTARES NETWORK or any of its affiliated via the internet shall be governed by the existing Terms & Conditions. They shall apply to THE EXCLUSION OF ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that he has read, understood and accepted, without reservation, the Terms & Conditions.
- By using this website, the customer also accepts and agrees to be bound by our Terms of Use and Internet Privacy Policy. ANANTARES NETWORK advises the customer to read them carefully before using the services provided on this website.
- ANANTARES NETWORK reserves the right, at any time, to revise the existing Terms & Conditions by posting the revised version on this website. By placing an order after ANANTARES NETWORK has revised its Terms & Conditions, the customer agrees to be bound by them.
- Sales Order
- By placing an order via this website or form, the customer makes an offer to purchase the products he has selected under these Terms & Conditions.
- Orders which a member has placed with ANANTARES NETWORK via this website or form are subject to the minimum quantity limitations.
- Order Confirmation
- The order which a customer places via this website will not constitute a binding contract unless until ANANTARES NETWORK transmit a confirmation by e-mail.
- ANANTARES NETWORK reserves the absolute right to refuse orders should there be insufficient coffee value in the member’s account.
- The data registered by ANANTARES NETWORK constitutes full proof of the order and the entire transaction. The data registered by the payment system constitutes full proof of the financial transactions.
- Prices
- The prices payable for the items the customer has ordered are those displayed on this website on the date the customer places his order, excluding delivery charges.
- Delivery charges will be billed at the rates indicated on this website on the date the customer places his order. The delivery rate will be calculated based on the size of the order and the delivery method the customer selects.
- ANANTARES NETWORK reserves the right to revise its prices and delivery charges at any time and to cancel a contract in case of error in writing, printing or calculation.
- Delivery
- All orders confirmed by ANANTARES NETWORK will be delivered to the delivery address the customer specifies when placing the order.
- The customer shall be fully responsible for additional charge for re-delivery of goods that have been returned due to reasons such as no such recipient, no such address, and the recipient has shifted etc or any other reasons of non-delivery related.
- ANANTARES NETWORK will do its utmost to ensure delivery within 7-12 working days after receipt of an order.
- Privacy Policy
- The customer understands and agrees that any personal information collected by ANANTARES NETWORK may be held, used and disclosed by ANANTARES NETWORK to its group companies, individuals or organisations related to and associated with NEP or any selected third party for the purpose of this ANANTARES NETWORK Sales Order & Redemption.
- Member understands that ANANTARES NETWORK may disclose customer’s personal data as per ANANTARES NETWORK Privacy Notice. For ease of reference, the personal data shall, subject to ANANTARAS NETWORK Privacy Notice, be disclosed to the following parties:
- ANANTARES NETWORK agents and service providers providing services relating to the purposes for which the personal data is collected
- Third parties who provide data processing services
- In circumstances where delay or default of payment has occurred, to ANANTARES NETWORK appointed lawyers, debt collection agencies, credit-reporting agencies.
- The customer confirms and acknowledges that he has read and understood ANANTARES NETWORK Privacy Notice and hereby consents to ANANTARES NETWORK processing his personal data in the manner and for the purposes described in ANANTARES NETWORK Privacy Notice and further acknowledges that copies of ANANTARES NETWORK Privacy Notice on personal data are available upon request or from ANANTARES NETWORK website.
- The customer understands that he has the right to obtain access to and to request for correction of any personal information held by ANANTARES NETWORK concerning the customer. Such request can be made to the authorised person stated in ANANTARES NETWORK Privacy Notice.

COFFEE SHARING PLAN
- ANANTARES NETWORK will provide customer with the product for customer use subject to a deposit’s payment & or monthly rental fees.
- The customer hereby undertakes with ANANTARES NETWORK that it shall at all time observe and comply with the terms & conditions as set out below:
- The product is not to be given to a third party and any changes to the product registered address are to be notified to ANANTARES NETWORK in writing within 5 working days.
- The customer shall take care of the product with proper cleaning and standard maintenance when necessary.
- No modification is allowed to be performed on the product.
- The customer shall compensate ANANTARES NETWORK with the prevailing official retail price of the coffee machine at the time of loss, damage or misplacement should the same be lost, misplaced or damaged by the customer or the customer is unable to return the same to ANANTARES NETWORK for any whatsoever reasons.
- Discontinuance and return by Customer
- The customer has the right to request for discontinuation of the contract either thru email or online with prior to one-month notice.
- Ruby & Diamond package plan has the rights to forfeit the deposit if customer fails to commit to a minimum of 3 months commitment. (Emerald packages do not take part in this therefore no minimum commitment required)
- The request for refund of deposits will be made within 45 days from the date of receipt of the returned product in good condition.
- The returned product must be in original and complete set.
- Discontinue by ANANTARES NETWORK
NANTARES NETWORK reserves the right to terminate the contract if the customer has consumption below prescribed monthly consumption. - Product Warranty and After Sales Services
- The product warranty is in accordance with the specific terms and conditions listed in the original product documentation and such warranty is without prejudice to any of your statutory legal rights.
- The customer is responsible for the standard maintenance and cleaning. Given the technical characteristics of the machines and for safety reasons. Repairs must be only performed by ANANTARES NETWORK authorised after sales service personnel, in accordance with the conditions specific to each machine. ANANTARES NETWORK shall be released from any liability resulting from modification, repair, addition and/or replacement of spare parts on the machine by any person other than the authorised person from the sales service department.
- If ANANTARES NETWORK after sales service consultant is unable to rectify problem encountered, ANANTARES NETWORK may collect the customers machine at a pre-arranged time, organise a loan machine and return the customer’s machine when it is repaired.

- Retention of Title
ANANTARES NETWORK retains the product’s title and remains the legal owner of the product supplied. - Monthly Standard Order
- ANANTARES NETWORK offers an automatic replenishment order called “Monthly Standard Order”. The customer order will be automatically shipped to you on a regular basis at the delivery frequency you select, based upon inventory availability and the current prices for such items.
Customer may change or cancel the “Monthly Standard Order” by providing a lead time of 15 working days from the next delivery date by calling ANANTARES NETWORK hotline:
Tel: +6016 5799 339 or +6012 231 8888 - By signing up the “Monthly Standard Order”, customer deems to have agreed and acknowledge that your order will be automatically shipped until ANANTARES NETWORK received a cancellation request and you shall accept the responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
- The products and prices are subject to change at any time with or without notice.
- In the event that products availability is insufficient, ANANTARES NETWORK reserve the right to replace other products with equivalent value by informing via call before the delivery.
- ANANTARES NETWORK offers an automatic replenishment order called “Monthly Standard Order”. The customer order will be automatically shipped to you on a regular basis at the delivery frequency you select, based upon inventory availability and the current prices for such items.
- Monthly Standing Instruction Payment
- To ensure uninterrupted delivery, customer agree that ANANTARES NETWORK may store and use the payment data you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your account, and you are require to provided updated or replacement expiration dates and card numbers for your credit or debit card for uninterrupted billing purpose.
- In the event of any unsuccessful billing/bank transfer or cheque return by bank, payment reimbursement shall be made 7 days before delivery.
- Delivery
- Delivery of capsules will be arranged on the next working day upon successful payment i.e: if payment is successfully charged on Friday, delivery of capsules will be arranged on the next working day which is Monday.
- Delivery of capsules shall take 7-10 working days. However, for remote area of Malaysia, delivery time may be longer.
- In the event of natural disaster/unforeseen circumstances, standard delivery timeline will be re-arranged, and notification will be made accordingly.
- Delivery for pre-selected date may have a variance of between 2-3 working days from/after the said date, depending on mailing service provider and other reasons.

ANANTARES NETWORK reserves the right to vary and/or revised any existing terms and conditions at any time by publishing a new version. - Data Protection
ANANTARES NETWORK and its affiliated company/companies do not sell the customer personal data to third parties and treats it in strict accordance with applicable law and its privacy policy. ANANTARES NETWORK privacy policy is published on the website www.harleys.com. - Applicable Law
The existing terms and condition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
