WHO WE ARE

Our coffee philosophy

It is our ambition to serve the best tasting coffee from the best beans we can source each season from around the world. Our coffee is sold pure, totally unadulterated to maintain its natural flavor profile.

With our different coffee varietals, you’ll discover a whole new range of flavor profiles in your coffee. Fruity. Chocolatey. Or even caramelly.

Great coffee starts with the producer whose family have spent generations perfecting their craft and the coffee they grow.

Finding the right beans

Our coffee beans are now sourced from private family estates, with decades of experience in the industry, in various regions of China and Myanmar. They have shown great passion and care in producing the best cup of coffee from every single harvest, which gives us utmost confidence in their produce.

Currently all our beans are Arabica coffee that more than satisfy the required cup score of 80+ points by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) and are graded as specialty coffee.

Roasting our beans

Roasting coffee is a science and an art form.

Each bean variety that we purchase is put through rigorous testing and experimentation to find the perfect balance of flavors for us to use.

Sometimes, we hold open cupping sessions to test our new batch of coffees. Sign up here to join in.
